Kirkland Arrest, More Details, May Fight Likely Off

Sounds like he was set up. Mostly likely by his girl friend or someone
else pulling the strings. A stake out? Sounds su****ious to me.

The always do stakeouts at gun shows because the cops know that ****** felons will show up to buy.

Ok, now I see.......Kirkland gave his lady the $ to buy a Glock and ATF
saw it. Then a couple of days later (Sunday) he tried to buy another
gun and was turned away. So what I am thinking is that the day he
gave his girl the $ to buy the gun, the ATF saw it and picked her up
and probably had her set him up. I'm telling you.......It just seems
su****ious that they would say that they saw Kirkland give his girl
the $ to buy the Glock and then some days later he tries to buy another
and then they follow him, and his girl is speeding? Police would need
a probable cause to stop the car and search it making it justifiable
and speeding gives them cause to pull them over and search the car.
Kirkland probably been doing this and his girl got caught up and dropped
the dime on homie. But that's just how I see it and it doesn't make it
so. With that said if he had his license and registration on hand they
shouldn't have had to check the car at all. I think he was set up.
