Ok, now I see.......Kirkland gave his lady the $ to buy a Glock and ATF
saw it. Then a couple of days later (Sunday) he tried to buy another
gun and was turned away. So what I am thinking is that the day he
gave his girl the $ to buy the gun, the ATF saw it and picked her up
and probably had her set him up. I'm telling you.......It just seems
su****ious that they would say that they saw Kirkland give his girl
the $ to buy the Glock and then some days later he tries to buy another
and then they follow him, and his girl is speeding? Police would need
a probable cause to stop the car and search it making it justifiable
and speeding gives them cause to pull them over and search the car.
Kirkland probably been doing this and his girl got caught up and dropped
the dime on homie. But that's just how I see it and it doesn't make it
so. With that said if he had his license and registration on hand they
shouldn't have had to check the car at all. I think he was set up.

Sounds feasible, the ATF doesn't just let an opportunity to arrest go unless they are sure they'll be getting bigger and better charges down the road.

He bought the gun on Saturday and he tried to buy a second one the next day. I'm curious on what he wrote for the application for the first buy.

It says he gave money to his girl to buy it the first day, but they can't confirm or convict Kirkland without one of them actually talking. A lawyer can just say "How do you know she wasn't the on trying to buy the gun?" and if the gun was in the center console "It wasn't in his possession." If this happened in her car instead, he could have get off easy.

If he gets a real good lawyer, he might still be able to fight, great lawyers can get a lot of **** done and there's still a week and a half left until the fight. I want to know what GBP will do.
