Of course not, but he was on HBO 3 times last year so I would think its safe to say he made nearly a million dollars in '08.

He can move out of the ****tiest part of Austin at the very least.

Admittedly I'm just guessing, but I don't think he made even half that much (before expenses and taxes) last year. Of course I agree that he could upgrade to a better location, but that still won't help if he drives around with a gun in his car.

HBO had real big hopes and plans for Kirkland, such a shame...

lets hope the kid can rebound from this soon... legally, physically, and mental.

Kirkland has made enough money already where he can move away from trouble if it is that bad.... which I highly doubt it is.

If you are a convicted felon you should be well aware that the police are going to search your car on even a minor speeding violation.

He could be looking at an easy 5 to 10 years! He has a prior armed robbery with a gun and he is on parole. And now he gets caught with a gun again. He violated his parole. So he is going to jail for that plus the new charges piled on to his bad record. And race plays a huge factor. Like it always does. Latinos and blacks get the book thrown at them. But if he was white he would walk. This is america for us. With Out a doubt he doing some time I say at least 5yrs.
