Was he sentenced to two years and did his full time, or was he sentenced to like say 5 years and did 2 and got out on parole? That's what I'm asking, again the latter would make things worse.

Thus, he's a convicted felon and its illegal for a convicted felon to own (unregistered at that) a handgun.

And if story I read was right, I think on ESPN it said he did 2 years then went on probation. It didn't specify if his term was cut short in favor of parole
