Kevin Johnson vs. Monte Barrett on May 15

This is a fairly interesting heavyweight matchup.

At least Monte Barrett will have fair chance in this one, without the crooked UK referee Davis who let David Haye rabbit punch and commit other fouls..

Well even though i see Barrett being out boxed, at least hes not getting brutally knocked out in this one. And who knows, if Kevin Johnson isn't ready maybe Monte could pull off a somewhat upset.

This is going to be on FNF on ESPN. Kevin Johnson was supposed to be Haye's opponent before he chose to take on Barrett. Hopefully Kingpin can win so we can get a younger player in the HW division.

They were trying every trick in the books on that one. They didn't want to take any chances on their hyped up cash cow, Haye, losing. They even messed with Barrett's living arrangements so he couldn't sleep the night before. They had the whole arena festooned with Haye's name, everything except the back of the referee's shirt, tho the ref was clearly on the payroll too.

            Explain?

The rest of your post is laughable by the way, but i'm intrigued to hear what you've got to say about the sentence i 'Blod' in your post?

Yes, it would be good to have another younger heavyweight as a contender. Johnson lacks power, but has some very good boxing skills including an excellent jab.

I've heard another young heavyweight, Malik Scott, will be fighting Tony Thompson on an ESPN Friday Night Fights next month, but I haven't seen confirmation yet.

I dunno who the hell Kevin Johnson is (barring last year's negotiations with Haye), but with a record like his... fuck him, I hope Two Gunz knocks his undefeated ass out.

He was staying in a premier inn... I surmise you've never been to the UK.

And every trick in the book? Seriously, you're pathetic Haye won that fight easily grazing punches had Barrett all over the place there was some dirty fighting in places but it was by BOTH fighters. I was under the impression excessive clinching was also against the rules? Why isn't Wlad penalised?

I'll answer my own question, because no one cares. "Excessive" clinching has become so common that it's part of some fighters styles now like Wlad, Hatton, Hopkins juts like the occasional rabbit punch in a clinch almost every fighter does it in a clinch...
