I think all anthems are ridiculous and annoying..Of course I respect them, but they are irritating..We need to all have new remixed versions for anthems..

To be honest, I just think it's not needed, I mean who the **** is going to be at a fight between a brit and a pinoy and want to stand up, hand on heart and sing the american anthem, it makes no sense, and if they did it anywhere else i would say the same thing.

Me. I am going to the fight and thats the least any event can do is have the hosts country national anthem. Having the three countries anthems builds the atmosphere in the building to a high.

They boo the **** out of him before it starts (cuz of the underage girlie thing and all his legal ****), but as soon as that boy starts singing, they are applauding like a mofo and clapping like hell when it's over.

It's the damndest thing.

They play it because its in American...and there will be Americans at the fight and watching it on tv ect...I wish they would just get rid of the anthems.
