What about Jones jr. when he lost to Tarver? At his best?
Okay what would you describe him as at the time of the Hatton fight?

nice how you stretch that so it sounds as bad as possible.

he had also fought 9 rounds in 18 months and 22 in 3 years and 2 weeks... and totally destroyed the No1 LWW in three rounds in hugely impressive fashion.

you should watch the Mitchell (II) fight and ask yourself if that Tzsyu looked shot or had lost his speed and agility.

Since he never even came close to not making weight (made if first time in both Mitchell II and Hatton fights) how can you say with any degree of credibility that he was struggling to make weight.

Tszyu wasn't shot; I said past his prime.

And yes, I've seen the fight plenty of times and compared it to others; not the same fighter at his best/younger years. Even Judah, who was knocked out by Tszyu, discussed how Tszyu was past his best. But, what helped Tszyu win? Timing, Experience, and Power as well as the ******ity of Judah...but he didn't have every attribute at his highest anymore.
He didn't even look impressive in some of his other wins before Hatton and Mitchell II, which is why he was an underdog in the Mitchell fight.

Mitchell was scared to death and was waiting for his execution. Even Hatton mentions the inactivity and age of Tszyu before their bout took place.

All the Mitchell fight proved was that Tszyu could still punch, had timing, and could go a few rounds. But even his timing was off in the beginning and he was known as a slow starter...something he wasn't when he was younger and something older fighters are known for.

KT was way past prime at the time are you that blind , he was talking retirement for a few yrs before Hatton , I saw him spar Soliman before he left for the UK and he looked bad , during his whole career only fought fringe guys no superfights anywhere against elite fighters biggest name on his resume is Chavez who was shot to bits at the time , he got stopped by journeyman Vince Phillips and never wanted any part of Phillips again , fought Judah when Judah was as green as grass and never wanted him again either , never fought outside JrW even though the big fights were there dont blame him as Mosley ODH would have flogged him .
And the guy that said Pauli is out of his mind also look at his Ndou performances he looked terrible , it amazes me with some how all they care about is a name dont matter if the finished so long as the name was well known , the Brits love the name notch on the handle and they dont care if the guy is covered in cobwebs .

Hatton is fighting the 2nd prime elite fighter in career now .

Quite impresive that a fighter can be number 3 on the pound for pound list when he is "way past his prime". Says a lot about the guy.

What's your definition of world class?

Hatton hasn't beaten any P4P elite fighters, But at least he's willing to fight them!(Mayweather and Pacquiao), unlike most fighters today, who shy away from fighting the best.

If you think Hatton is a fraud for losing to Floyd Mayweather, then you should find the nearest cliff and jump off it!
