My opinion is he quit boxing early before he got beat so he could sail into the sunset undefeated. I think he saw a loss coming and got out while the getting was good.

Xplosvio, you critisize mosley for picking his fight with de la hoya and then not being available to fight floyd at a particular time. Ive been looking around for info on this and im finding a lot of quotes and whatnot from people calling out floyd but not so the other way around (eg) this quote from mosley from 2007 with an interview with boxingscene

"I'm just waiting for him (Mayweather) to give me the ok, so I can go there and attack him. Tell Mayweather to get this fight on. Let's stop fooling people with who's the best and let's get the fight on. I feel I'm the best"
