    round 5 begins:

commentators note that Rojas hasn't won a single round on their cards.

Rojas not doing much offensively though he's doing a good defensive job.

They exchange and land grazing blows. Rojas lands a good shot on Gamboa.

    They clinch and break.

Gamboa drops Rojas as Rojas lunges and Gamboa counters him. Rojas is not hurt but it IS a knock down.

Gamboa attacking him brutally now but Rojas is very wily on defense. Gamboa lands huge shot and Rojas lands a right hand back.

Gamboa lands huge right hand on the ropes.

Gamboa getting Rojas on the ropes more.

Rojas is looking more and more weary.

Gamboa still fresh and has crisp power.

      Gamboa misses huge right hand.

Gamboa still patient and stalking Rojas.

Gamboa misses and Rojas counters but misses badly.

      Gamboa lands decent straight right.

As round winds down Gamboa gets in another straight right which is working decently well against the south paw rojas.

Rojas is down, but clearly not hurt. Gamboa puts his hands down at times. And gets super sloppy when he attacks. Rojas has great defense, but horrible offense.

I don't think I've ever seen Gamboa fight so composed. He's been pretty impressive.

Rojas must have a pretty good chin, Gamboa hit him flush in the chin following the KD in the 5th and he is still standing.

              Replay looks like a Slip.

replay shows that Rojas knockdown was questionable as Rojas WAS hit prior to it but sort of slipped and fell.

                Round 6 begins:

Rojas comes out aggressively on the attack.

Gamboa dances around him and jabs.

Gamboa check hooks Rojas into the ropes.

                Rojas lungse Gamboa counters .

Gamboa's wild left hooks always miss, he has more success with straight rights.

This left hook lands and another right lands on Rojas head.

Gamboa having hands low again and acting very ****y now throwing huge bombs.

Gamboa almsot seemed impatient and lost his caution and got sloppy.

Now he's back to patient again and attacking Rojas successfully from the outside. Rojas misses wide shot.

Gamboa lands left hook on the head.

                Rojas lands a straight left.

Gamboa lands huge left and sends Rojas into the ropes.

Gamboa lands another but Rojas chin seems iron.

Gamboa lands another huge left counter.

Rojas chin seems solid but there's no way he can take this much punishment for much longer.

                10 seconds left they clinch.

Very sloppy fight, both fighters are missing a whole lot. Gamboa did land some good clean shots though. Gamboa took a nice clean shot though.
