    How about the words overtrained, or underweight then? It's just as bad. All the pros agree, Oscar hit goal much too soon before the fight. And then you have Schaefer saying he really wasn't even 147 on fight night, that he was 145 still. Oscar just had clothes on the night of the fight for that weigh-in.

      Word from his camp was that he made the weight fine, but when it came time to adding on some lbs after the weigh-in, his body just couldnt do it.

          You can overexert yourself to the point where u wasted so much energy training, that you have little left come fight time.
