First lets define what "weight-drained" means.
Weight drained is when a fighter has too cut massive amounts of weight/water weight in a very short amount of time, therefore leaving him weakened and dehydrated. It was reported that Oscar was at 150lbs about 3weeks prior to the weigh-in. Now does this mean that Oscar was in peak physical condition, no. He most likely wasnt in peak physical condition. Doing what he did at his age will weaken anyone to an extent. My thing is, i feel people throw the word/s "weight-drained" around too much without knowing its actual meaning. Now had oscar been 150+ 1-2days prior to weight in, and was having trouble taking those last few lbs off, then i would say that he was probably weight-drained, but that wasnt the case. He made the weight with no problem, but had trouble putting weight back on after the weigh in.
