No one ever beat Tyson by backing up and Roy is a 'pot shot' kind of fighter.
You had to come at Tyson and break his will push him around and tie him up on the inside, Jones doesn't do these things.

I'm not gonna vote, it's too hard to admit it. At the same time I would root/bet on RJJ just bcause of his speed at Heavyweight..but still, Heavyweight Roy's chances are slim against a 88 Tyson.

I wouldn't say Tyson in his prime would beat any heavyweight without a doubt. I'd would say that he has good chances over any heavyweight though ( good in that you can at least argue it).

All that said he would mop the floor with Roy Jones. He would do what he did to Spinx. Roy Jones jr had a victory over a heavyweight of average calibre.
