Torch Finally Passed from DLH to Pacquiao!!!

When I was still at ESB, I have predicted that the Boxing torch will be passed from DLH to Pacquiao. I predicted this even before the DLH-PBF fight. Nobody then believed me & was ridiculed left & right. I truly believed it then but I thought Pac will do this by Cleaning up the 130-140 lbs weight class up to hatton & then up to PBF.

But when Merchant suggested a Pac-DLH matchup, I jump on it right away & I thought it was a brilliant idea. When DLH was asked about it after a Fight he promotes in Showtime & didn't dismissed the Idea, I thought & said it in esb forum that the Pac-DLH will happen & that will be the Passing of the Torch moment.

Fast forward today... DLH already announced his retirement. So who will carry Boxing on its shoulder??? I guess the easiest answer is only Pacquiao. I'm glad i'm right!!!!

Pac is the man now, but he'll never be as big as DLH was.

Passed? More like Pacquiao beat the crap out of Oscar and ripped it out of his cold, dead hands.

We're talking passing of the torch. It doens't mean Pac can equal DLH's Drawing power. Pac selling point is his Action pack fights & his Amazing boxing talent. Not his Good looks.

If not Pac, so who's there can be the likely Candidate??? Don't tell me it's Ricky??
