    I think he was talking more about impact, instead of power, because it loses impact because of the padding, almost the same thing as hitting with an 8 ounce glove has more impact than hititng with a 14 ounce glove because of the padding

      the more weight you have on something the more energy it will have. thus increase in power. then again, the more weight you have perhaps the more TIME requires to move that object so it balances it out. you may be right after all, ****.
