Manny Pacquiao Showing No Mercy To Sparring Partners

He didn't knock Antillo out on his back but technically he scored a KO
because they stopped the sparring before he could take more punishment
from Valero. Antillo head almost twisted around like the Exorcist.
I think a lot of people think Hatton is going to hold and hit but will be
surprise by what Floyd Sr is doing with him. People are expecting the
old Hatton hold & hit style but I think he is going to box more.Comment

No need to get defensive.I can write down what I think and I can write down valid reasons why but if you can't comprehend then there's nothing I can do... If you have a question or you have a differing opinion, state it! But don't knock what I got to say unless u have a logical retort... U do have a retort, right?
It was a genuine question. I wondered how much you base your prediction of the outcome on your bitterness for Pac beating 3 of your top 5 fighters.
Myself, yeah, of course I want Manny to win (it's better for boxing) but I never ruled out a Hatton win. If he does beat Manny, I'll give him the respect he'd be due. All I want is a clean, fair fight with no WWF wrestling!

Same goes with Hatton, are his sparring partners even close to mimicking Pacquiao. I doubt it... The sad thing is Hatton's bruised up with his sparring partners. He sparring with that Cuban fighter Lara that is suppose to imitate Pacquiaos southpaw style and Hatton's face already speaks for its self... Pac on the other hand holds his ground.Comment

He's ranked #8 in The Ring's rankings, which are by far the most respected P4P rankings in the sport, because they are compiled by a very large panel of highly respected boxing experts who do not work for The Ring. The guy who compiles the boxingscene rankings is a member of The Ring's ratings panel.
He wouldn't get to #1 if he beat Pac though, but he'd get far higher than you would like.Comment

pacquiao should be sparring welterweights, dunno why hes fighting lightweights.....maybe to keep his speed.....Comment

I was thinking Hatton might box more also after hearing how fast he was catching on and how improved his defense and speed were with one more camp with Sr. But after seeing that 24/7 episode I think he'd do better sticking to his old style. He looked like he was still learning, you figure to use it effectively in the ring it should be 2nd nature. I think he'll be worse off if he tries to box, he'll be thinking to much while Pac wil be unloading combos. It's too late for him to change. He didn't knock Antillo out on his back but technically he scored a KO
because they stopped the sparring before he could take more punishment
from Valero. Antillo head almost twisted around like the Exorcist.

So.... Valero DID NOT KO Antillo in 3 rounds???
i hope so, but once hatton gets hit I think he will revert back to his grapplin style.I think a lot of people think Hatton is going to hold and hit but will be
surprise by what Floyd Sr is doing with him. People are expecting the
old Hatton hold & hit style but I think he is going to box more.Comment

Episode 1 speaks for itself, Hatton getting watered down tired as hell after training especially since he has to readjust coming down from 160 in between his last fight, while Pac pummels his sparring partners and still has time to workout. Plus Hatton's interview with Lamphely during the Wright-Williams fight Hatton was bruised up so you know DAMN SURE that the Cuban Southpaw Fighter is giving Hatton trouble. Two signs right there for you.Comment
