Up to 160,the only fighter that I can think of,would probably be Winky Wright!!I know he has lost, but Oscars resume,Winky in top form may have been able to pull it off to 160!!Winky did not fight B-Hop at 160,at the time Oscar fought Vargas,Winky would have clearly beaten him!!

Winky Wright was the other one I was thinking of. He's beaten Shane, Tito, Ike and Vargas....in my eyes at least. Prime Winky vs B-Hop at 160 would be different than their actual fight.

the only person in the history of boxing that could have beaten ever guy that Oscar faced from 130lbs all the way to Bernard at 160lbs would be Roberto Duran.
my #2 possible pick would be Whitaker, I think he could have made 130lbs easy, and he looked fairly good beating JC Vasquez at 154lbs...but the he runs into Bernard...eh.
honorable mentions to Mayweather, JCC, Shane Mosley.

I know Leonard couldnt have made 130lbs. Sugar Ray Robinson, possibly. If he could, he would have a good chance of going through De La Hoya's record undefeated.

I believe the former LHW champion and a guy who would've been the HW champion if that fight was a 12 rounder against Joe Louis Billy Conn fought at LW
