This might be a bigger problem, then we think.

1) Miguel doesn't watch tape, that was his uncle's job.

2) We don't know, if Miguel is a gym rat or he skips workouts.

3) Chemistry, it's very important, sometimes you can communicate without saying a word.

Just a few things to think about but I don't see no problems with Cotto handling his BIZ!
