Joe Santiago, he's supposedly Cotto's nutritionist. Cotto said that he's like a brother and they want to keep his team within family.

The article says that he's Cotto's nutritionist, but I believe that Joe its his second assistant, the one that usually appears on the countdowns working the pads with Junito.

Though I don't think the trainer is going to make or break Cotto's plan for the Clottey fight, Im not sure I like his choice.
