Well he definitely didn't use it in the Shane fight, and it's doubtful he used it till after he lost to Williams.

Mr boat buyer should go after the WW title if he comes back. But if he don't wanna do that, nothin wrong wit Pac and JMM fights as long as it's at 140. It's simple, if he wants to fight at WW, fight an actual WW.

I dont believe he will just fight smaller weight class fighters. He will probably take WW gold in 2010. Right now all the top WWs are busy.

Then he should fight a B class WW and continue to fight at WW if Marquez is a tune-up do it at a catchweight.
