NOOOOOOOOOOO. Why taking an exciting fighter like Arreola and put him in with one of the most boring fighters of all time? Who cares who wins? No one will be awake to see it.
This would definitely re-ignite the PR-Mexico rivalry, when Ruiz fights the word "WAR" comes to mind.
I honestly doubt that Ruiz has a following in Puerto Rico, or for that matter anywhere. I bet that the Negron guy that they have been hyping is more popular, he is afterall a lot more skilled and flashy. Arreola will have it as long as people think he can be the first Mexican* heavyweight champion, yet in all honesty even when he is winning by KO his fights aren't really convincing. He only has power, nothing more. At this moment the Klits would probably KO him, altough he has that puncher's chance against Wlad. On the other hand, Valuev would force him to fight in his hometurf, and you need to KO that SOB to win there. In other words, he is in for a hard ride.

He don't only have power; he's got good skill, composure and good combination punching. He's got good "eyes" in there and that allows him to find punching opportunity.
