At second thought, it's not that racist nevermind.
Dont pay any attention, Sanchez lost to a guy with a 3-1 record, he def could have lost to somebody else.

To be honest he did enter his prime as a fighter which was 1981 onwards. His performance's in 1981 were brillant he defeated Roberto Castanon(TKO 10), Defeated the best ever Super Bantamweight in Wilfredo Gomez stopping him in 8 rounds, Gomez was 32-0-1 and had made 17 defences of his title and all wins had come back K.O.

Sanchez looked breathtaking in this fight, and broke Gomez apart. In 81 also defeated Nicky Perez (50-3) who was a good contender and a former world title challager.

In the year 1981 also he was awarded the The Ring Fighter Of The Year Award along with Sugar Ray Leonard.

So i think 1981 was his him at his best and in his prime, all do in the Dec of 81he did struggle with tricky Pat Cowdell who was a very good amature, Sanchez got past him on SD. But that was his 4th fight of 81, and he said he really gave his best performances on the big occasion's.

After 81, he would have two more title defences before dieing in a car crash. In those defences he defeated Jorge Garcia(23-2) and a green Azumah Nelson (13-0) who gave him all he could handle before being stopped.

Alot of people don't know this but Sanchez said before he died he only wanted 1 more year in boxing, and then he was going to quit and study to be a doctor. Which is pretty shocking but true.

Kinda racist? And not racist at all? I hope you're not serious and the idiot who said that just wants a response by pissing people off.

A very green and wild Azumah with 13 fights gave him all he could handle and prime Nelson would have beat him , contender status Cowdell took him to a SD where Nelson KOed Pat in 1 , Lopez was right at the end of career when he fought Sanchez , Garcia coming off a loss was a nobody and took him 15 ,, Floyd to much speed and accuracy wins a comfortable UD ,, old lights seem to shine brighter because people get all nostalgic and make things bigger than what they are , if you look at the Sanchez fights and read the form he would have a very hard time with Floyd .
