We can say whatever the hell we like. The fact these are professional sportsmen and come in looking like that merits the criticism they're getting. They're being paid by the fans of the sport to put on the best show they can, and that means training as hard as they can. If you're not trolling I can only assume you're insecure about your own body or are a gay chubby chaser.

A guy I knew at my gym used to run track for my local collage and he was in really good shape but he died last year of a heart attack at the age of 44. Sometimes it doesn't even matter what you look like sometimes because of genetics you are destined to die of heart disease.
