Tyson is ridiculously over-rated, he lost badly to all the decent fighters he faced. Tua is pretty under-rated and an underachiever, Prime Tua is better than Prime Tyson IMO.

Tyson was from the era of excess, style over substance, mcdonalds, coca cola, mike tyson, michael jackson, hulk hogan.

I'd go for Tyson with a mid round TKO. Both had awesome power and a great chin, Tyson had greater speed and a better defence. Uppercuts would be crucial in this fight due to the way these guys fight and Tyson had a superior uppercut. I see Tyson using his trademark combo, body shot followed by uppercut.
