a lot of speculations by hatton's fans on his chances, he's bigger, stronger, good body puncher etc etc, as if manny will stand in front of him. remember your boy ricky is fighting the #1 pound for pound fighter in the world, beaten 4 hall of famers, 5 division champ, 3 lineal titles(only a few boxers have this), and when ricky goes down on may 2 that would be "4 LINEAL TITLES"(no one has ever done this). the question is not whether the PACMAN has the tools to beat ricky, its whether ricky's tools are enough to beath the PACMAN.

Ever since hatton moved up to the big leagues his so called power has been very very iffy. His first big fight was against HOF kostya tsyzu, who had one foot inside the boxing grave the other in the ring. A lot of idiotic Pac Haters point out how "washed up" manny's wins were vs morales (28,29 years old) mab(29) JJM (30,34), yet when hatton fought kostya was already 35 & has been through a lot of wars. I saw that fight, a old kostya was very game & holding his own vs a prime Ricky Hatton. He never ko kostya win a "sledgehammer super punch." He quit, & hasnt fought since. Is that a sign of a fighter in his prime or even near it?

His next fights vs percieved elite competition; his only one punch ko victim was a career 135 pounder castillo who was already brutalized physically by 2 wars vs corrales.
