So because he couldn't KO some tough guys, that makes him not a hard hitter?? Hatton rocked Malignaggi and would have had him down if he didn't cling on to Hattons legs more than a few times in that fight. Cotto couldn't KO Malignaggi - I suppose that makes Cotto a "toffeehammer" puncher?

Pacquiao has been rocked by featherweights. He's not been hit by someone as heavy and hard hitting as Hatton and will get KO'd with the first solid punch Hatton lands.

Two things:

* Cotto was drained as **** at 140 bro. He still did way more damage to Malignaggi than Hatton. Malignaggi passed out in pain after his Cotto fight because his face was broken.

* Malignaggi actually had an offense and wasn't fighting Cotto with broken hands. Against Hatton, he had no offense because his hand was smashed. What choice did he have but to hold on? He couldn't keep him away with punches that had any kind of pop.

I believe Cotto would have KO'd the Malignaggi that Hatton faced.

Nope. He couldn't KO a guy that could do basically nothing to him, not even make him blink. If these "sledgehammers" were so effective and his legendary body punching so incredible, you'd think he could have KO'd a guy with one weak hand who had no choice but to hold on for 10 rounds.

That's because Pacfans only have one hero, so they will be more biased. In the USA, Asia (Outside Pac's homeland), Europe, Russia, etc. Marquez is considered the winner by around 70% of the public, and 80% of the boxing analysis. (including in Pac's homeland)

If my memory served me right not even a single one even in elite level knocked him down since he move to featherweight and above. Rock my ass maybe? Pac has a fast recuperative power. You can stun him but he can recover quickly that he just raise his hands and ask you for more. De la Hoya known for his daunted left hook hit Pac with at least 3 consecutive left hook while holding his head and Pac took it just like nothing.
