I don't like to use the word bum when describing any boxer fighting at the world level, but there was nothing special at all about either of those two, at all.

Well thank you for resorting to insults, but the truth is, no one would know who the hell either of those two were if not for people trying to make more out of Tyson's resume than is really there.

More than half of the posters here became boxing fans because of Mike Tyson. He is as iconic to the sport as any other boxer in the history of boxing. It wasnt so much his resume and accomplishments that make him who he was. It was his style and ferociousness that awwed fans. Waiting for that opening bell to ring was like watching someone unleash a rabid pit bull. He had a killer instinct, and that's what fans wanted to see.

Over-rated? Maybe just a bit, but definitely an ATG.

IMO, Tyson was both over-rated and Under-rated.

IMO, Tyson is probably in the top 5 Best HW's. Prime v Prime

Has any other boxer held all the major belts and ring title at HW?

When people talk about Tyson they always say prime Tyson, cuz that's what he's judged on. Overall, he fell way short of what he was supposed to be, but while he was prime he was the man. His 2 belts after jail add a lil bit to his legacy just cuz he can say he came back and won em, but not too much. In the top 10 of ATG HW's? I guess he could possibly be slot 9 or 10, but no higher than that.
