But Mayweather Snr is having a positive effect on Ricky, it was evident against Malignaggi and will be even more evident against Manny..
everything floyd sr. taught hatton will fly out the window once pac lands the big left cross, then we will see the ricky the grappler hatton for the rest of the fight.

Yes Pac can get hit by fighters with boxinYes Pac can get hit by fighters with boxing skills not someone with no jab who rushes in naked and just hits off the break. Pac's speed will be the diffference just watch!
Who has Pac beaten that makes you so confident that he'll be victorious? Oscar almost collapsed on his way to ring on his matchstick legs- when was the last time he weight 147? about 6 years? how old was he 36?
remember this fight is at 140lb and not 126 or 130lb - it's a hole different ball game friend. Tszyu was P4P No 2 after crushing Sharmba Mitchell to defeat in awesome fashion only 6 months before the Hatton fight - we where told he would murder Ricky within 3- As soon as the fight was over, everybody screamed he was shot. Paulie was tipped by many to outpoint Ricky (before you say it, everybody knew he was a light hitter before the fight) Ricky outclassed him and then were told Paulie should never have got the fight in the first place. Castillo was No 1 contender for Ricky, he had never been floored before the fight - after he had his ribs busted by a brutal Hatton hook and stayed on the canvas we were then told he was shot. By the way, is David Diaz really any better then Castillo?

Was Skinny Hussain a better fighter then Ricky? I recall him knocking Pac down with a jab. How about Agaptio Sanchez - is he better then Ricky too? I recall Pac looking like he wanted to quit in that fight. I suggest you go and watch the first 5 rounds of the PBF fight, and the Malignaggi fight if you don't think Ricky has a Jab.

You see any fighters record can be twisted to suit any argument. Why can't people just say Pac v Hatton is a great fight for the fans involving TWO elite fighters - may the best man win. Unlike you and many of the other guy's on here I am aware that this is a fairly evenly matched fight, I favour Hatton to win since the fight is at 140lb, a division he has ruled for almost 4 years. However, I'm open to the fact that Pac has the tools to do the job - either way Whoever, wins im certain that BOTH guy's will not be leaving the ring without having gone through a brutal war first.

Yes thats a possibility, but what happens when Hatton lands a left hook to the body of Pac? Or a solid right to the head like the one that had Malignaggi hanging on for dear life?

It works both ways which is why this fight has the makings of something special..

we already know what pac is gonna do... pac is gonna raise his hand in the air and then hit you with the straight left.

hatton can't win unless he grapples

Maybe. But I have a feeling that as Pac hasn't been hit by someone as heavy and as powerful as Hatton, he may lose his confidence and get deterred. This will allow Ricky the better chance of getting inside and mauling Pac. Hatton has been in with bigger and heavier hitting guys than Pac and so I'm not too worried about Hatton's ability to get on the inside.

I never said Oscar was shot, I was saying he was weight drained - I think this has pretty much been universally accepted. You cannot compare this to Tsyzu who had always been a 140lber and Castillo had moved up from 135lbs.
As for Tsyzu's P4P rating I'll have to go back and find the evidence - I'm certain he was concensus No 2 behind either Hopkins or RJJ, although I'm not a big fan of the P4P thing.

now hatton will be thinking about the kosta fight this year and use that as a excuse to losing to manny...and i still say if that fight between kosta and hatton would have took place in the states it would have been a different outcome...

Eh? What does the Kostya fight have to do with Pac, and why would it be used as an excuss? I'm confused.........
