He now shound't be rated as a Super Middlweight(168) no more as he is officaily a Middlweight.
As to Super Middlweights being one of the weakest divisions. I don't think it's that weak at all.

To me this dosen't really look like a weak division, you have some good unbeaten World Champions, you have fighters with great amature backgrounds, you have excitment, and you have exprience.
And i don't think it's a weak as you make out.
