Ortiz is a much better pro than Khan is. Fact. Cotto was beaten as an amateur by a guy he killed as a professional.

Ortiz is promoted by Golden Boy, right?

If Khan is to face Kotelnik, then blame GBP. Warren is doing something for Khan. I am not saying GBP is not, but Warren is doing more then.

Why are people making it look like Andrea "ducked" ortiz??? The man got offered a better deal so he took it moreover he would gain more by fighting Khan than ortiz at this stage.

Warren can put out more money then HBO can. HBO supplies the money for the double header. It was a double header though, so they had to use money to spend on John-Juarez II.

At 16 Victor Ortiz was abandoned by his parents and was having to take care of his little brother while trying to make a career in the amatures so in otherwards he had no real boxing pedigree.

What was Khan up to when he was 16???

dunno but ortiz isn't as scrappy as we thought. in otherwords what's gonna happen to him when he faces real adversity in the ring?

Not surprise. Ortiz would have brutalised him and he knew it.
