Yeah Khan said that Kotelnik is the worst champion he has seen. He was sayin how people would tell him that he would beat Kotelnik also.

I was quite negative about this when I heard about it, but I figure what the hell, khans problem is lack of chin and my main gripe has been the tendancy to fight people from lower weights, IF he can beat Kotelnik he adresses both of those and I can start giving him credit again.

Kotelnik is easily the weakest 140 champ but he has a dig and he's actually a LWW so finally Khan is tested properly since prescott spoiled Warrens flag carriers party.

I like the Hatton angle, even more so if they make it a Witter Vs Khan eliminator for the Hatton fight.

light welter is actually shaping up to be a pretty plentiful division when it comes to fighters. cant really call it weak anymore :

          hatton
          pac
          bradley
          campbell
          holt
          torres
ortiz ( though hes probobly gone to 147 in a fight or two )
          urango
          khan

and a few lower class guys witter, hopkins, bailey

Not a bad fight, Kotelnik is a very good underrated technician but lacks power which is what Warren would be looking for.

well if kahn wins maybe he can and it will be for a belt aswell even though i dont think fighting at 140 is a good idea he still has that punchers chance to be a 4 division champ. But i see Kotelnik winning so it doesn't really matter

its funny how when it was announced that ortiz was fighting kotelnik it was an amazing fight and kotelnik was brilliant bla bla bla but now that khan is fighing kotelnik, khan is now a bum for going for a weak guy and that kotelnik is suddenly the weakest of the division.. weird how people stories change in 24 hours.. shame on some people!

It is starting to become a good division, not as strong as 135 but there are some good names there.

Also going for a belt is a gutsy move at this stage because once khan wins it, he will have to stay in world class
Warren has a way of bringing tomato cans to fight Khan once Khan gets the belt.Khan is not going to fight anyone good for the next 11yrs.
