Everyone keeps saying that 135 is strong, but to me it looks equal if not weaker than 140.
At 135 you have Marquez (who isn't likely to stay), Guzman (who hasn't even fought in the division yet), Valero (who still hasn't fought anyone World-class) and a host of other decent fighters, but not World-beaters (Diaz, Casamayor, Katsidis).
At 140 you have Hatton (who is definately staying), Pacquiao (P4P number one - although probably moving up), Bradley and a host of other decent fighters, but not World-beaters (Malignaggi, Holt, Torres, Urango, Campbell). It seems a lot of top prospects are coming through at 140 as well - Ortiz most notably.
I don't see a difference in quality.
On Topic: Good move for Khan. He should outbox Kotelnik with ease and get himself a world title. Warren won't be able to protect Khan much however from now on, thanks to the deal he signed with Sky. There is no chance Sky will let Warren set up anything other than competitive, attractive fights.
