Personally i would disagree about no size advantage, compare the 2 weigh ins, hatton malignaggi, oscar pacman (disregarding the fact that one is JWW and other is WW)

Hatton weighs in at 140 and is pure muscle nothing left of him and manny weighs in at 142 and looks hydrated as anything as if he could barley put on 5lbs more 150 max, hatton doesnt look like that to me, he looks as if any more comes off of him fat wise he is going to die, i think there will be a big size difference but this is just my opinion

What ever way you look at it, Hatton is the bigger guy and will be the biggest guy Manny has ever faced. Hatton struggles against guys when he cannot impose his strength and size advantage - fights against Collazo, Mayweather at welterweight he struggled. This will not be the case here, and Hatton will be able to bully Pac and impose himself physically, therefore giving Hatton an advantage.

No way Pacquiao stands in front of Hatton long enough for Hatton to come forward and maul him up. For damn sure Roach and Team Pac makes sure this dont happen. That was Kotsya problem, he stood in front of Hatton most of the time and as Hatton swung in he was then in range to fight his inside game.

This whole Hatton is gonna use his size is B.S. Maybe if Pac was coming straight from 130 or 135 I would give Hatton the edge but Pac proved that size dont matter, he'll out work you, take you away from your game, and take away your arsenal.

i agree with this about that roach is going to tell pac to try and circle hatton....but hatton some really quick feet and uses fients to get in on you really fast....i do think pacs speed will effect hatton, but i see hatton wanting to fight...diaz and oscar just sat there and got hit...i see hatton totally active compared to them....and hatton is used to fighting guys with a huge reach advantage over him...pac only a 2in reach advantage in this fight...if he trys to throw that power left he will be diving in off his front foot, and will take a right hook to the head or hatton will avoid it and side step and throw a hook to the body....i see both men with there styles having very good exchanges in this fight....and i see the great rythm pac has, being distrupted....hatton has way better feet then d. diaz, oscar, or even jmm for that matter

You're just assuming that Ricky's bullying tactics will work come fight. Is it as if Manny will not know what Ricky's up to on May 2 like it's classified or something. You can't hold what you can't catch, and if Ricky's so concentrated on trying to get hold of Manny, he will eat a lot of leather before he can even get a foot nearer to Manny...

Manny knocked down Morales (3rd fight) while he was on his heels, and he learned his lesson from the old days by backpedalling straight when he's under fire. He now deftly sidesteps to avoid his opponent's oncoming rushes, ready to pounce on any opening that his adversary will provide, although I don't discount Ricky catching/grappling/holding/mauling Manny here and there, but it will be few and far in between.

Manny has evolved, and so is Ricky, so I am really expecting a lot of fireworks come May 2nd, just hoping it won't be one-sided, for both parties and the fans' sake...
