HGH and Insulin is what athletes would use but it would be Insulin that would cause a serious reaction in a "healthy" person. If used wrong, if I'm not mistaken, it can kill you. There are other drugs that can be taken with Insulin as well which can throw off your system...or so I hear.

I've always thought Wladimir's physique has looked a bit su****ious. No doubt both brothers work hard, but I wouldn't want to bet on whether or not he gets a bit of extra help. If he has been using anything, at least he's been sensible about it, unlike someone like Briggs who looks like some sort of comic book character.
