Fwank Warren reckons it'll end up on sky box office.

It has to be PPV now, so they could recoup money. Because Froch and Hennessy have **** all over themselves, and ****ed themselves directly. Amateurs.

I don't believe for a second that this is Setanta's fault

The only realistic conclusion is that Froch asked for too much money

I get all defensive when someone disses Setanta, like I actually work for them or something, lol.

I met the girl who presents 'Football Matters'.... well fit!

terrible idea, Froch should have put it on itv again. He's gonna get very little money now from whoever airs it. (probably about 50000 max UK PPV buys, as a guess i just pulled out of my ass). He may as well cut his loses and improve his fan base and stick it on itv. If he wins he'll be hot property.
I cant believe he's let it get this close wothout having a deal done yet.
          Terrible management from team Froch.

The only waya lot of people would watch this. Is if the BBC bought it, and plugged the **** out of it on Match of the Day for the next few weeks and got all the football folk to watch it.

The Beeb don't like Pro boxing though.

BBC i didnt even think about, when was the last fight they had anyway must be years ago. ITV could plug it during Champions League half-times for the same effect.
Oh, and tell your lot to take out Gerrard and Torres for the rest of the season for me would ya? Extra time in the 2nd leg would be good too

The irony is that I could have stayed at home in Nottingham, had a nice easy, first defense and that would have been shown on British TV. That would be the easy option though and I didn’t come all this way to become World Champion and then con the fans.
                  thats what im talking about

Froch-Pascal got a good audience on ITV. ITV could get quite a lot of people to watch it if they plugged it - especially the re-broadcasts, provided that Froch didn't lose badly. But that's another reason why ITV would be chary about investing in it - the live broadcast will be at 5am, and the re-broadcasts would only get good audiences if Froch does well, which he is far from certain to do. So it would be a big risk for ITV. The BBC was badly bitten that way when Lewis lost to Rachman.

The problem is Hennessy said that Froch was done with ITV and was a PPV fighter now, that was a big mistake, i wouldn't be surprised if this was the worse selling PPV in UK boxing history, this would have been a great fight to show on ITV.
