Froch Plans To Down Taylor For TV Network Revenge

Setanta are apparantly low on cash after having thrown alot at David Haye and securing his fight/promotional company. This could be on ITV4 as tyson Fury is on the undercard...doubt it though...

Setanta need to launch a separate boxing channel - I dont watch football/soccer and would gladly pay for a dedicated channel. As it is, Bunceys Boxing hour is great but not enough to make people believe its the new home of boxing in the UK!

Sky are ****. Friday fight night is usually good but u dont hear a thing about it all week. Sky sports news is on 24/7, and unless Froch, Haye, Khan or Hatton have some big news there's nothing about boxing on it. You'd think they would promote it a little bit, even if its a one hour slot at 3am once a week u can record on sky+ to give u some info about the fights coming up and what they mean. (unless they do and I havent noticed it yet!!)

Oh and Froch/Taylor is not on UK tv (as yet) as he's an idiot for not securing the deal before the fight was signed, the longer he waits the less he will get as sky/setanta/ITV will have less time to promote the fight to ensure they get their moneys worth.

It will be a shame if this fight doesn't make it on to UK tv, but I won't go crying into my hands. Froch is just being greedy and big headed demanding the same rate of pay as Calzaghe. He has done nothing to this point that warrants that kind of money.

Hatton vs Pacquaio is like a week after anyway, I will be looking forward to that. Greedy Froch can **** off.

Froch was unrealistic in the amount of money he was asking for, and ended up with no TV.
