I agree that many people are like that, but I can tell you with 100% honesty that I will often openly root against fighters that are not only of the same race as me but also from the same country as me. Which is why I have had people on here label me as just about every race you can imagine at some point based on my posts. I actually think that some people feel a social pressure to cheer for one fighter over the other. Ive seen plenty of times on here where someone will call someone else (of the same race) a sellout for not blindly cheering for the fighter they are "supposed" to be cheering for. I think that backwards mindset is why racism is still as bad as it is. There can be a social "us versus them" mindset that is forced onto people from one generation to the next, which will never allow progression.

Have actually been through exactly what you just posted, People have try to second guess me by my post, I have had posters on here like Welter-skelter who has tried calling me "Homie" because i didnt agree with his posts, I truly dont give a toss what colour a boxer is, I grade boxers by how good they are and nationality doesnt necessarily mean i would support a boxer....

If i see a young boxer like Amir khan getting flak for little to no reason then i would disagree with you not because of anything else but the fact that his young and still learning.

Because I assumed what reverse racism was clear enough. Its a term thats been around a while. i didnt realize so many hadn't heard of it.
Besides, its accurate. There is white racism against blacks and reverse racism back against whites. I could spell all that out but reverse racism is faster.

Actually yes they did. There were Arab slave posts in Italy, some as close as 50 miles from Rome (9-11th C); there were other Arab slave posts in the south of France. Raiders were hitting towns and dragging out captives to sell in the markets. Want to go further back? Ramses the Great enslaved white people.

The very word slave comes from the word SLAV (one of the white races).

I dont like being called white boy. It might not bother other people, but it bothers me, because whether it bothers you or not the person saying it is USUALLY using it as a derogatory insult, but they are are referring to your skin colour and using that as stick to beat you with. That it annoys me even more, because you should take people as you find them. You are knob ead, if judge someone you have never met on their skin colour.

Ive always been against white/black people using skin colour to put each other down, its pathetic. Why cant everyone get along? if you dislike someone, dislike them for who they are not what they are.
