I've been reading a lot of responses from what appears to sound like black posters ( i cant know 100%) who are more than happy to use words like "whiteboy" "white hype" etc...and condone the ridicule of white or european and even latin fighters to an extent, yet they become very irritable the minute anyone fires back about black hype fighters.
Look at how Popkins got a pass for his racism against Calzaghe. Imagine if Calzaghe said: "I would never let an ignorant, buck tooth nigg er like you beat me"...**** man, Calzaghe would probably be forced to live in exile after a remark like that yet Popkins gets a slap on the wrist.
So why double standard? Why are you comfortable mocking the Klitschkos or Calzaghe for being white champions and yet you coil in horror when some one has the audacity of throwing it right back in your face.
There is some racist white *******s out there no doubt, but some of you black posters are no better.
And please have your argument be better than the "reparations" bull****...I'd rather you just admit you're a racist and be open about it then cowardly hide behind that excuse.

The term REVERSE racism is by itself, racist. Think about it. You guys started 2 ****ing world wars, you have dropped the first and (and second btw) only nuclear bombs to ever been dropped on human beings (yet, in the typical hypocrisy you urge for world piece), you terminated the native Americans and put the remaining ones in reservations hahaha "here's some casinos, hope that settles it" and now you ****ed up the economy... Who comes to the rescue? Don't get me wrong i'm all for peace and am half white myself but if any race should deserve to be the target of racism the whites are. Every white knows this too, if they know their history.

It's promotion. Ali called Frazier an "Uncle Tom", Paret called Griffith a "Faggot", Barrera had some harsh things to say about Morales' Indian blood and called him a "****** Indian".

This isn't the sport for you if name calling is offensive.

Promotion doesnt justify playing into racism or class warfare. Ali calling Frazier an Uncle Tom was ****ed up and Ali knows it. Barrera sees himself as some sort of aristocrat compared to Morales who he sees as a primitive savage. I don't understand why promotion has to resort to such crude and cliched methods.
All the while the white promoters, managers, and tv heads just sit back and collect the money. This is classic divide and conquer. I found what Hopkins said totally shameful. If i in Calzaghe's shoes I'd call him a racist and walk away from the fight. It was the low point of Hopkins career. And yet some people on here act "no big deal man"...Yet no mention of what you would say if Joe called him a ******...
