Don't take this the wrong way, but I would put Cotto higher on that list than Floyd. Just look at there resumes. Yes Cotto has that won L, but we are still not sure about the Marg thing. I think Floyd would surpass Cotto on your listed ONLY if he fights a top fighter. I'm talking about a Pac, Cotto, Clottey or Mosley.

Yall know this sh#t (you know fans of the sport saying he wasn't ATG material cause he didn't fight the best...and don't say DLH) is gonna continue until he fights either Mosley, Cotto, Clottey or Marg. The reason I haven't mentioned Margarito is because I doubt he comes back, and if he does his fists might not be as affective (hint). As for Clottey I'm only mentioning him because he has a chance to beat Cotto, and if he does he would be another big name.

Nah has nothing to do with it. I am a fan of the sport, and I really don't have a favorite boxer. I would be lying though if I said I didn't root for the Puertorican, but I judge each fighter for what they have done and what they bring to the ring. In MY opinion I just don't think that Floyd is a ATG until...(read my previous posts).

Wait, you exclude the De La Hoya win because he was 35 when Floyd fought him, and fresh off an impressive KO, in a weight division he's never fought at, and being outweighed by almost 20 pounds.

But he has to fight Mosley who's going to be 37, and fresh off an impressive KO.

Please enlighten me, and tell me why you're willing to count one, but not the other?

I didn't say Cotto was an ATG...he needs to fight May, Marg and I wanna say Pac before that could be said. I doubt Marg would happen though.
