Hatton has a vested interest and is looking at it aspirationally. QUISQUEYA has a cool detachment and can look at it objectively.

Back when Hatton was preparing to be humiliated by Mayweather, he was talking about taking the P4P crown. Problem was that he would have to somehow leapfrog Calzaghe and pacquiao and Hopkins et al. Wasn't gonna happen.

Similarly, if he beats Pac (which he will) his ranking will rise, but he doesn't get that mythical title of "best pound for pound". Especially IF the guy who last knocked him silly announces that he is back.
