like i said i may be biased. Buts its a question about opinion and thats mine.
Theres a good arguement for it, just like theres a good arguement for Hopkins, and most people would agree that they are pretty damn close.

Fasho, i will... I think Pacquiao could get it because he could beat Hatton, become champ at 140, then he could fight Cotto at 147, and if he wins that, then i say Pacquiao would pass Hopkins.

i could agree with you. But Floyd to me is in my top 5. But if he came back and beat Pac, Mosley, or Cotto, he jumps back on Top 3.
