you usually make pretty good posts, but come on...of course a boxer would have better punch resistance dude, thats common sense
as for physical strength, some boxers can be insanely strong as well as powerful, guys like mosley, kostya tszyu and of course bigger guys like vitali all are known for great physical strength, boxers train harder than these guys
and the last thing you said is just dumb, stop watching so much damn rambo!Comment

we arent talking about casual boxers here, elite ams or pros.... guys at the top of the am and pro game train like animals, running every morning, sprinting and long distance, training at the gym every night, intense sparring, pads, bagwork, weight training, conditioning etc etc and doing it all on a diet to stay in a weight class...also for the top amatuers, you also fight every 2-3 weeks and compete in many tournamentsIf you think A boxer trains harder than a Navy seal or a Special forces, then you are a damn fool.

navy seals are tough guys and are known for good fitness and fighting skills, but they arent unstoppable fighting machines and i wouldnt favour them over men who fight for a living and train ****ing hard to do itComment

They don’t fight. When they have the best weapons available
If they did they would get wasted in IraqComment

What weapons is the Seal guy allowed? Is the boxer wearing gloves? Are their any rules? What size boxer and how skilled? Same for the Seal? How do you know the Seal isn't a martial arts expert? Can you see how ridiculous this kind of argument is....?
Besides, an SAS guy would whup both of em
