I don't understand why Haye would only fight every 6 months if he beats the Klitschkos. He should space it 4-5 months apart if he doesn't want this taking up a year and a half of his life. Haye must want to party it up real hard in between. That being said, I'm gonna take Wladamir TKO7.

So when Wlad beats up Haye, will Haye have to take an additional beating from Wlad, and a beating from Vitali to top it all off?

He is going to be sore.

First let me state that I hope Haye knocks Wlad the *** out. I can't stand that jab pawing *****.

Lets look at the big picture now. Haye went from CW to having only 1 fight at HW, and is now getting shots against the 2 top HW's. So in my opinion, having to fight these guys 3 times in a row is the cost of skipping and going straight for the throne. Not a bad deal in my opinion. He has a 3 mega fight deal. Hopefully he puts these *** champs away!

lol, That's only if Haye wins the first fight, which I doubt he will, but god do I want him to.

so Haye gets no rematches himself if he loses, right?

It's a little bit of a reach into the uknown. There's still a lot of questions unanswered about Haye that would have been answered by him going the longer route and bashing up a few other contenders first, which he has no intention of doing. Haye having only boxed 6 heavyweight rounds could work for or against Wladimir in this one.

                      Be real,

Haye isn't really a star yet, and def. not the size of star the Klitschkos are in Germany. He wouldn't even have a shot this soon if there wasn't a dearth of excitement at heavy for him to capitalize on and build his campaign around. He isn't some emerging Kid Dynamite blitzing a trail through the heavies with a huge aura of genuine public interest behind him, gunning for the big boys. It's a cult of nerdy boxing fans boosting him and buying into his PR offensive, for the most part. Hence the relatively small split.

In exchange for giving Haye his shot, K2 want first dibs on any rejuvenation of interest in the heavies which may spring up in the event of a Haye win. A rejuvenation which could prove to yield some of the most lucrative fights seen in the division for years. Should Wlad lose, they don't want someone else checking Haye's chin before they get to redeem their brand. Hence the 2 rematch clauses.

They're the champions, and they're bigger in their adoped country than Haye is in the UK. Hence the fight is in Germany.

That's pretty much everything people are bitching about summed up.

The growing belief that Haye can do a number on Wlad is based 30% on analytic speculation and 70% on words from Haye's mouth, but nothing proven. We've seen him fight a well weathered gatekeeper, no more. Nothing we've seen has suggested he shouldn't be a betting underdog on the night. And he doesn't possess Star drawing power (although the prospect of a Briton fighting for a heavyweight title should perk up a degree of interest in the UK, especially if it's promoted right). I find it impossible to feel too sorry for him in this deal. I think he's pulled off a bit of a ballsy coup, tbh.
