You're missing the point, which was that Rahman didn't have to fight Lewis's brother.

cause Lewis didnt have a brother who was also hw champion, either way if Wlad looses clause or no clause Vitali would have faught Haye, the clause just assures him of a fight. What is wrong with clause? Wlad worked hard to become champion and unify part of the division now hes just going to give a former cruiserweight champion a fight without him earning and with no clauses? Would yo do that?

You're completely missing the point, which is that he will be stripped of the belts, if he wins the first fight, unless he fights at least one mandatory in between the three Klitschko fights, and the contract stipulates that he can't fight any mandatories until after he's completed all three fights against the Klitschkos.
