doesn't matter haye isn't getting past the first fight.
David Haye Slams The "Three Fight" Klitschko Deal
Collapse

No because if he wins all three fights, the only belt he'll have is Vitali's WBC belt. He would almost certainly be stripped of the IBF and WBO belts, because he can't fight any mandatories until after he's fought all three contracted fights against the Klitschkos.lol
This is actually a good deal for Haye its not like has to fight both brothers at once, though he's claimed that wouldn't be a problem as I recall. If he's as good as he claims he can walk away from this thing with three belts and recognition as the #1 Heavy in the world. Championship rematch clauses are common and as a plus he gets a guaranteed unification fight. Very generous for a fighter who hasn't beat a top ten in such a heavily ridiculed division. I mean God forbid Haye doesn't get a chance to defend his titles against Andrew Golota or Holyfield if he upsets Wlad. Anyone bitching about this is just scared Haye isn't good enough to unify...including himself.Comment

That's not normally how the sanctioning bodies operate. Vitali is not ranked by either the IBF or the WBO. The IBF has already promised Povetkin a shot by September of this year, and although they might stretch their timescale slightly, they're extremely unlikely to stretch it long enough to allow Haye two voluntary defences first. Similar story in the case of the WBO.Comment

First he's not crying, and it's the two rematch clause he was slamming, not the financial side of the contract.
Second, although he'll make reasonable money and more than he made in any previous fight (which you'd expect when challenging for the heavyweight title), he certainly didn't do well out of it financially in percentage terms. He's getting an undisclosed percentage of the UK TV Rights fee. Wlad is getting an undisclosed percentage of the UK TV Rights fee, plus 100% of the German TV rights fee, plus 100% of the HBO and other worldwide rights fees, plus 100% of the gate receipts, plus 100% of the sponsorship money.Comment

I don't think he said that. Not every error on this board needs you to correct it, let alone the errors that aren't really errors. You can be selective with that ****. And you are allowed to take a break from posting to take a piss, guy. Crack a smile, have a wank, watch some fights, something, anything.
Christ, Haye stated that he WANTED to take them both down, so what's the problem? Now he's being held to it. He did a deal with K2, not Wladimir Klitschko.
This contract makes Wlad a *****? Then fasttracking because he's scared of getting KTFO before he gets his shot makes Haye a *****.
Now fuck all the whining about this contract. If it doesn't cease, I'll make a composite post of every point I've made so far on the subject and spam it repeatedly Horus stylee in every whiny contract thread that gets started between now and June 20th to save myself the bother of rewriting the same **** 1,267 different ways like some of the pundits here like to.
David got what he wanted, now he has to deliver.
Time for the focus to shift to the fight build-up.Comment

He's slamming it to get the boxing public swingometer pointing even further in his direction. More hardball, which is how he started this whole PR offensive almost 12 months ago.
He said all along he'd do anything to get the fight on, and realistically, he always had to, because he isn't a star, and he hasn't proven himself a legit. contender at heavy. All he's got is a promise.
He's pulled off a pretty decent coup. He's a lucky boy. The shot he craved has been granted. Move on. The fight should be a fun occasion, no?Comment
