Why do Puerto Ricans fight Mainly for WBO Belts?

There is in deed some political influence behind the WBC organization and the president is Mexican as well as power brokers.Now the Wbo is a small organization but the rankins are computerized so its just a coincidence that most puertorican fighters are holding WBO titles.Unless some one is manipulating the system in favor of the puertoricans!!!!!

the wbo belt is the least respected out of all the big four belts thats the way i feel and I like cotto and Lopez but i feel the real belts are the wbc and wba they have so much rich history

Because the WBC is based in Mexico but at the same time why don't you see Mexican fighters ranked by the WBO?

It was made by some Ricans who at one time worked for the WBa and saw that the WBa wasn't ranking rican fighter and it is based there also.
All the minor belts were madee for the same reason and ,mainly rank fighters from a specific place.

doesnt matter, seeing as Cotto is fighting Clottey's belt soon, and most of the other WBO PRican title holders are honestly pretty unproven.
