Well, for argument's sake, let's go with that. Mayweather has been spoiled for choice for potential opponents. And the parity levels between, say, Mayweather and Pacman are nothing like as lopsided as they are in the case Of Klitschkos-Haye.

If heavyweight was a stacked division, this would be nearer equivalent to Kendall Holt unifying some belts and then declaring his intention to move up and fight Mayweather ASAP. It wouldn't even blip on Floyd's radar with all the other options he has.

The only reason the Klits are entertaining Haye at all is the dearth of interesting options in the division. That dearth is what Haye is trying to capitalize on and banking on to lure them into a fight. That doesn't mean he should be granted anything like negotiating parity with them.

Seriously i really dont think Wlad would even lose the first fight TBH, I really dont care what Haye or the Klits makes in the contract....My main problem was the double rematch which include "you would have to fight my big bro" if you beat me.

That to me shows greediness and a mental weakness on Wlads part, Anything else on the contract doesnt bother me even though Wlad is taking all the money from Germany,america,Europe and a % of the English TV.

If both parties agrees, it is legal and binding. He should have complained before signing the deal, not sign and complain. That way, other people could have helped.

Lewis always had rematch clauses and nobody had a problem with them. This contract is to ensure that Klit gets a rematch should Haye land a lucky punch and not have to wait a couple years for a rematch while Haye fights a couple of tomato cans for the money. With HW's only fighting 2 times a year a lucky punch would make a rematch at the minimum 2 years away without the contract.

If Haye wanted to fight a HW Champion without so much BS in the contract he should have fought his way into a MANDATORY position. Beggars can't be choosers...
