I am no lawyer, but I think you can put anything you want in a contract. Haye doesnt have to sign, and he isnt the mandatory, so its totally up to him if he wants to either

A. Accept the terms and take the fight

or

B. Not sign and bring to light the clause that made him not want to sign.
