When i say not liking him I mean making Haye jump through hoops that he would not make most people jump through. It could be that he is trying to take back control of the situation after Haye embarrassed him in that confrontation. I'm just playing devil's advocate though and do think Wlad is acting this way because he feels Haye is a big risk.

I can't wait (actually, I can) until the Klit Klan comes in here and starts talking about how Wlad and Vitali are so much more "intelligent" than other fighters for making this BS rematch clause happen.

If Haye was American and the champ and he demanded the rematch clause, you know the Klit fanboys would be talking conspiracy on how this was a plot to keep the belt in the United States.

If I get Red K'ed by the Klit Klan, I know what I'm saying is true.

How is it even legal that a champion can choose to defend his title against a non ranked fighter that isn't in his division?

Because its an agreed upon contract
                    .

I think you guys are slightly missing the point, here. It's not so much the rematch clauses - let's face it, Wlad (again) and Vitali in whichever order are by far the biggest fights Haye could get if he wins anyway, but the rights to promote them. It all comes down to trying to rub Haye's face in it, remember he's a promoter himself, too, and to ensure that even if the worst comes to the worst the Klits will get the lions share of the rematch money as well.
