Was boxing ever dead or is it really dying?

The only thing that would make me think boxing is beginning to die is if they take it out of the Olympics. I don't see that happening anytime soon as they are already talking about adding women's boxing.Comment

The fact is, EVERYONE has a sweet spot in their heart for boxing. A great/interesting boxing fight will outdraw mma everytime.Last edited by Madvillain; 04-03-2009, 06:27 PM.Comment

Boxing at its best will always be a better show than any of this phony martial arts. But a few good fights will not save boxing.Comment

boxing is growing everywhere but america. maybe in the u.s. it's dying but u.s. is no longer the mecca of it and thus insignificant. the Klitschko-Gomez fight in germany saw 11+ million viewers (home televisions tuned in to the fight) and was broadcast in over 60 countries. LOL Please show me an mma show that can even get 1/10th of that.Comment
