Probably. As much as racists dont want to admit it. Every nation has "black" in it. The slave trade made it possible. So, Canadians, Britians, Indians, Afghani, Chinese, Japs, Pinoy, Spaniards, Mexicans, Boricuas, Brazilians. All of them, every country/race/nationality has "black" in it.

There isn't really a huge amount of black talent below 140 (apart from Casa), He has faced guys at 122 which are black though like Lebawa? (is that how you spell it?)

I mean he's only just entering the classes where black talent is ripe. 140 has Bradley, Holt, Torres and now Campbell but Pacquiao will proberbly try to chase Mayweather down if he gets past Hatton or a Marquez rematch
